Delivery and Handling Information

Figs & Rouge offers tracked EVRI delivery on all orders over £30. All U.K. orders under £30 will be charged at £4.95.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. 

Whilst we will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

England / Wales Free 4-5 business days

Northern Ireland Free 5-6 business days 

Scotland / Scottish Highlands and Islands Free 5-6 business days

Republic of Ireland No Shipping N/A

 

Delivery Destination

We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. We are sorry we are unable to deliver to international destinations at this time.

Maximum Purchase

You may purchase up to five units of each item.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colours, or any other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Returns

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through our website, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition within 30 days for a refund.

Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box.

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. It must be delivered and returned to obtain a refund.

Once placed, orders cannot be adjusted to change or replace items or colours.

Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. 

Please note you will be responsible for organising and paying for a return of any items to us. Please ensure that all returned items are sent as a tracked delivery to ensure your return is received safely.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 12 business days to process your refund and send e-mail confirmation.

Returns

If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at: fandrskincare@gmail.com

Please include your order number for expedited service.

Returns and Gift with Purchases 

When returning an order, please note that you must also return any gift with purchase or samples that were sent with your order. Failure to do so may result in the value of a gift or sample being deducted from your refund.

If you are partially returning an order, your gift may be kept if you still meet the qualifying spend threshold with the items you are not returning. (Qualifying threshold must be met after any promotional discounts have been applied).
